RECIPIENT GUIDELINES AND SUBMISSIONS REQUEST FOR DCC CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
Since 2013 Deer Creek Cares has hosted its charitable golf tournament at Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility. Through the support of our community, employees and volunteers this annual event provides funding to a selected charity within the Durham Region.
Charity must be located in the Durham Region
Charity must provide confirmation of their charitable status
Charity must be willing to support the fundraising event through website, social media or any other communication tools at their disposal
Charity must be willing to be present at all events/press events leading up to the main fundraising events
If your charity is chosen, you must be able and willing to work with Deer Creek Cares to provide follow up as to how the donated funds were put to use
Tournament Day: A representative(s) from the charity including but not limited to Board of Directors, Executives or Volunteers will be in attendance to accept raised funds and man a table to provide additional information about your charity to attendees
Now accepting Charity submissions until APRIL 30TH, 2021.
Selected Charity for the tournament will be notified on MAY 28TH, 2021
