- Charity must be located in the Durham Region
- Charity must provide confirmation of their charitable status
- Charity must be willing to support the fundraising event through website, social media or any other communication tools at their disposal
- Charity’s Board of Directors, Executives and Volunteers must be in attendance at the fundraising event
- Charity must be willing to be present at all events/press events leading up to the main fundraising events
- If your charity is chosen, you must be able and willing to work with Deer Creek Cares to provide follow up as to how the donated funds were put to use
- If chosen, Directors and/or Executives must be present at the following year’s event to provide an update/presentation as to how the donated funds were utilized
